<\/div>[vc_column_text]For bookings for accommodation<\/strong> you have selected individually, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (2006) apply. These are available to download here<\/a>. Payment for the entire package takes directly via the Hohe Tauern – die Nationalpark-Region in K\u00e4rnten Tourismus GmbH.<\/p>\n

For bookings on an offer or a fixed rate package and\/or an additional service<\/strong> such a guided tour, the Pauschalreisegesetz (PRG) apply. The Standard information form for package travel contracts are available to download here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Operator: Hohe Tauern – die Nationalpark-Region in K\u00e4rnten Tourismus GmbH, Registration number 2018\/0042 in the Veranstalterverzeichnis of the Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Digitalisierung und Wirtschaftsstandort (Austrian Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs.)<\/p>\n

The order processing and invoicing are handled by Hohe Tauern – die Nationalpark-Region in K\u00e4rnten Tourismus GmbH. In accordance with the Pauschalreiseverordnung (PRV), customer payments for package tours are protected under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

The deposit must be paid no earlier than eleven months prior to the agreed end of the trip, and amount to 10 % of the tour price. The remaining balance must be paid no earlier than 20 days prior to departure. The participant subsequently receives the travel documents. Deposits or balance payments exceeding these amounts, or early payments will not be requested, and would not be protected.<\/p>\n

In the event of insolvency, all claims shall be invalid unless they are reported within 8 weeks of the onset of insolvency to the liquidator: TVA-Tourismusversicherungsagentur GmbH, Ferstelgasse 6, A-1090 Wien, 24h-Notfallnummer: +43 1 361 9077 44, Fax: +43 1 361 9077 25, abwicklung@tourismusversicherung.at).<\/p>\n

Cancellation terms<\/strong> (Extract from the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Travel)
\n\u2022 Up to 40 days before your arrival date you can cancel free of charge
\n\u2022 39 – 21 days before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price
\n\u2022 20 – 8 days before arrival the cancellation charge is 70% of the travel price
\n\u2022 For cancellations within the last 7 days before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price<\/p>\n
