Historic edifices, various churches and numerous archaeological finds are evidence of the fact that Oberdrauburg even had a key role to play at the time of the Celts and the Romans. Today the town is notable in the National Park district and has always had a lead role to play for climbing fans. In the <a href=\"https:\/\/alt.nationalpark-hohetauern.at\/berge\/klettern-und-klettersteige\/\">climbing park<\/a> in the middle of the town centre you head steeply uphill. <a href=\"https:\/\/alt.nationalpark-hohetauern.at\/wasser\/schluchten-und-klammen\/\">Pirknerklamm<\/a> Gorge at the foot of the Hochstadel has a ravine via ferrata route that is especially renowned for its <a href=\"https:\/\/alt.nationalpark-hohetauern.at\/wasser\/wasserfaelle\/\">rainbow waterfall<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner
